The performance piece, Trails and Vistas, will again mesmerize and enthrall participants as they witness dance, music, and installation art on a hike through the beautiful landscape of the Sierra. Artisans, musicians, and performers will collaborate together to entertain visitors as they enjoy a beautiful hike.

2008 Trail Building Dates

Volunteer to Build the Donner Lake Rim Trail
Please help us construct the Donner Lake Rim Trail, a roughly 23 mile multi-use trail circling the ridgelines and peaks above Donner Lake. When finished it will provide a single-track link from Truckee to the Donner Summit, allowing hikers and equestrians a trail link to the Pacific Crest trail, and mountain bikers a trail link to the Hole in The Ground trail, as well as being a spectacular loop itself.
